Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. In case if the order is at the proper state but the customer still wants to return it, all delivery cost lies on the customer.
In case if you want to return the item because of damage of the items, we will send you a new item or corresponding parts for free.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Contact me within 10 days after delivery. Ship items back within 30 days after you received the package.
We don't accept cancellations on customized goods. The return and exchange of customized orders are discussed individually.
